ALEX HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING

New Arrival  - ALEX!

Although we need to give this gorgeous guy some time to settle in, we are happy to share that he is friendly and outgoing. Alex is a full sized beagle with beautiful markings. He seems to be fairly energetic and we will be updating you soon on his house manners and social skills with other dogs.

UPDATE 02/25/2016:  Alex is all settled into his foster home.  He gets along very well with the resident dogs as well as the other foster beagles in his home. He seems to play better with other male dogs.  He loves his female friends but can become a little dominant with them.  He loves spending time outdoors and also enjoys being walked on a leash, although he is more successful doing potty when he is off leash in the fenced yard right now.   Alex loves affection and attention and lots of belly rubs. He loves his humans and children as well.  He isn't very fond of cats though.  He is crate trained and housebroken as well, although he may need a refresher course when going to a new home understandably.   Alex is looking for a family he can call his own and he promises to give you years of love and enjoyment!
