BEN HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING AND WILL BE GOING ON A SLEEPOVER! 

Is this guy not handsome??? Ben is a tall, slender guy with a lovely, shiney coat. His personality is expansive in that his steady gaze makes you think that he is really analyzing the world. He is very attentive and aware. Ben is also happy to nap in your lap for as long as you will let him. But at the same time, this beagle boy can also be pretty playful with the other dogs in his foster home! He is only about two and needs his excercise, but he is gentle and very quiet. His face and markings are beautiful even with the few old scars that he sports. Some of his old injuries were possibly sustained from being hit by a car. His femur bone and pelvis were fractured and have healed, while is fibula has not fully healed, but other than some stiffness he has been behaving in usual beagle fashion! In viewing Ben’s x-rays we also noticed that he has a pellet/bullet imbedded in his back. Both our veterinarian and surgeon agreed that the pellet/bullet is not a danger, probably not causing him any pain and should just be left alone. We are confident that there is a perfect family for Ben that will delight in all he has to offer and that they will jump at the chance to give him a better future than his past!
