***UPDATE*** Bert is doing fantastic in his foster home! He is just so full of joy and loves everyone he meets - dog and person alike! He is in a foster home with children and doing very well - oh, and he is definitely a cuddler! Check out the little video clip of him below.
Bert is a happy boy! He loves being outside and exploring and loves playing with toys. Bert and Ernie came to us together and they do like each other very much but they are not bonded and do not need to be adopted together. They chase each other and play well together. Bert has a moderate energy level and is fairly quiet. He loves attention. We will provide more confirmation of Bert's personality when he settles into his foster home. Bert did test positive for heartworms and is scheduled for heartworm treatment.
