ADOPTION PENDING

CARUSO: well not great news for CARUSO. Our surgeon examined his leg and did not believe much could be done at this time. He said the injury was a few months old and as a result the bones had already fused together.  Separating and reconstructing the many bones and fragments would be a very difficult procedure and if reconstruction during surgery was not possible then amputation would be necessary.

Considering that CARUSO is using his injured leg without and hesitation, the consensus was to just leave the leg as is.  As you can see from the video CARUSO uses his leg during play and runs without difficulty.  We have seen him even paw at the ground with that paw and hold down toys as he tears them apart.

 So CARUSO is Available for Adoption with his leg as is.  The veterinarian surgeon did not expect that his ley will cause him any problem in the future other than he will have a limp.

CARUSO is an extremely friendly and playful 1-2 year old Beagle mix, who probably has a bit of in him. He has gotten along great with all the other dogs, is very affectionate and would probably be a great lap dog if you wanted him to be. Loves affection.  CARUSO is a genuine gem. He can soothe your heart with his wagging tail. CARUSO will be the happy in your day!
