New Arrival: SCOTTY is a friendly Beagle boy who was found as a stray and left in the overnight drop box at a rural shelter in the Florida Panhandle. He is very friendly to people and other dogs. Like a typical boy, he is playful and can get into mischief if left alone for too long. His foster is working on potty training. He would do well in an active household with another dog to play with.
