UPDATE: Lady II is making really good progress and is responding well to the love shown her in her foster home. She must have had a rough time out on the streets as a stray and is still very shy of new people, but she has now come to trust those she lives with. She will even come up to her foster mom to be petted and is beginning to enjoy the attention as long as she does not feel trapped. Lady likes her crate and will go in on her own to eat her meals or if she needs a safe place. Dogs are allowed on the couch in her foster home and Lady has now become confident enough to jump up there. She is also doing well with housetraining. Playing with the other dogs seems to be something she really enjoys, but at this point she's a little uncertain about the neighbor dogs and will bark at them and also at cats. Lady II is looking for a forever home that will continue to show her kindness and patience. She is a petite little beauty and will make some lucky family a wonderful companion!
New Arrival: LADY II was living on her own as a stray at a retirement subdivision.
