Charlotte gets along well with everyone she meets. Her foster mom says she is the sweetest Beagle she has ever fostered; she was even kind and sweet for the cable guy when he came by! She also says she is a low-maintenance Beagle with a great demeanor! And very adorable! She has the most beautiful golden brown eyes, with "perfectly applied" black eyeliner! She will steal your heart!
