ADOPTION PENDING
Lady’s happy place is laying right next to you with her head on your chest. She’s generally quite calm, enjoys affection, and loves people - even strangers. When you meet her you will be amazed to find out that Lady is blind -- it doesn't seem to impede her at all! Once in your home she sets out in earnest to learn the lay of the land using her other senses. She learned how to use the doggie door in in her foster home within the first thirty minutes of her arrival. She is really awesome! Lady loves spending time in the back yard and she is the perfect companion, keeping you company during your morning exercises, doing computer work, watching TV, or doing chores in the kitchen. She hasn’t had any accidents in her foster home and appears to be 100% housebroken. Lady gets along amicably with her foster brother around the same age, but they don’t really do any rough housing. She does bark when she hears noises like the mailman or loud thunderclaps or sometimes it’s just a mystery, but she does calm down easily. She sleeps in the bed with her humans, or in a doggie bed. When her foster family is away, she does just fine in the crate and is happy to see them when they get home.
