ADOPTION PENDING

Kruz just has the cutest face, don't you think? He is a loving, gentle beagle boy who does well with other dogs as long as they are friendly to him. He is very curious about his environment and definitely has the nose to the ground. Kruz seems to really enjoy attention from humans and relishes affection. He was a stray who was rescued by a lovely family in Mississippi who took care of him but could not keep him. Kruz became great friends with their two little girls. Now that Kruz is settling into his Florida foster home we can also share that he appears to be moderate to low energy and does well sleeping in his crate at night. He does have a sweet beagle bay but he doesn't overuse it. Kruz was neutered on January 11th and still has a tendency to mark in the house, but he is improving greatly. He did test positive for heartworms and has just started on his treatment so he won't be ready for adoption until close to the end of February. However, he may possibly be available for a sleepover before that time.
