ADOPTION PENDING
Killian must have been an outside only dog because at first she was afraid to come inside at her foster home. After a little over 2 weeks of showing her that it is okay she's decided it's nice and has started to come in the house on her own. She loves to be petted and is also getting used to being allowed to sleep in the bed and couch. Killian is friendly but submissive, and she will often roll over to show her belly when approached. She gets along well with other dogs and hasn’t shown any discomfort when meeting new ones. She's even good with kids as long as they’re calm, sit still and pet her. Now even her playful side is coming out just a tiny bit. She’s grabbed a toy a couple times and in the excitement of her foster dad coming home from work, Killian and another dog kind of bounced around each other. She spends her week days crated as foster dad works and has not had any accidents in the house. Killian has had a dental cleaning in addition to her vaccinations and being spayed. She did test positive for heartworms but is being treated and should be ready for a sleepover by the first weekend of November.
