Bentley is called a khaki beagle and he has absolutely mesmerizing eyes! He's TINY and SO, SO CUTE!!! Bentley is an owner surrender and was with his person since he was a puppy - until she got sick and could no longer take care of him. He was well loved and very well taken care of.

Bentley sleeps very nicely in his crate, but once he gets up, he’s up. Not much of a napper, this one. As the Head of Security at his foster mom’s house, he can be a little noisy when there’s a ruckus or sees activity going on outside. However, as of this writing, Bentley has only been with us for about four days, so this might change as he gets more comfortable with his foster home.

He’s very good with the other dog in the household, is splendidly housebroken and doesn’t chew on things. He does behave a bit like a cat, where he only engages on his own terms. He will, however, wag his tail and enchant you with those beautiful eyes.

UPDATE: Bentley's barking and alerting to strange noises is getting better as he is becoming more familiar with his foster home. He does get the shakes though when there is a thunderstorm and his owner had sent a calming medication for him which worked very well. He does really well with the other dog but he is a lot older than Bentley and we believe Bentley would do well with another young and playful dog.
